Sorry, this is the third strike for me. I really don't care if it looked like Heaven in my back yard, I buy MK for MK. If I want DC, I'll go read a graphic novel. If I want to rip someone limb for limb, I'll play MK. Never have I wanted both experiences at once.

Deception was lame, Armageddon was shit, and this is the death of MK for me. In all seriousness, I just cannot wrap my head around this. It's like someone taking someone they love with all of their heart and then shooting them in the forehead without a second thought.

MK VS DC will definitely revive the MK franchise. The Midway team sold out, obviously, but business is business. This game will sell like crazy, and that's all that matters in the industry. Nobody gives a shit if some hardcore MK fans will leave the series. The ends will justify the means. Sad but true.

I think I speak for many of us... But I have been a long time fan of MK since MK2 came out... And I have stuck by Mortal Kombat through every disappointing outcome they've thrown at us: MK Special Forces, Annihilation, and even the WELL played out/rereleased Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 shit...
