Arg!! On 2nd thought it IS probably just photoshopped instead on an alternate outfit for shazam.

Definitely fake, but it's neat. It's just a color swap of Cap's render, with his head cut out and Black Adam's put in from another render. Which is facing straight, which is a dead giveaway. The angle is completely off and the neckline doesn't even look right when you look at the left shoulder(our right). And the skinttone of the hands don't match the head. I would change the original post to make sure to state that, as to not get people's hopes up, specifically the guy who is hoping he's in.
