Hollywood may have trampled mud on the rugs, but we're still celebrating San Diego Comic Con with a splash of comic book superheroes! The Injustice Facebook has delivered a new trailer for the Ame-Comic Skin Pack available now via downloadable content!

Ame-Comi Girls may be part of the digital-first DC Comics stable, but it's origins technically lie in Japanese-inspired collectible figurines.

That Eastern influence fuels Manga-esque, high velocity action in a comic written by Injustice consultant Jimmy Palmiotti, and his long-time partner in crime: Justin Gray.

The series documents the adventures of an alternate DC Universe where fairer sex dominates the superhero landscape! It stars all new versions of Wonder Woman, Powergirl, Batgirl, Supergirl, Flash, Steel, Jade, Hawkgirl, & many more! They battle the villainous likes of Brainiac, Sinestra, Star Sapphire & zombies!

Ame-Comi features new skins for the Bad Girls trio!

The downloadable three-character skin pack features NetherRealm Studios' Ame-Comi take on Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn & Catwoman. The all-girl trio [pictured above] previously received comic book inspired new looks via the Bad Girls DLC pack.

The downloadable content train doesn't look to be stopping any time soon! Martian Manhunter was revealed during the 2013 Evo Championships as the fifth DLC character. A Green Lantern skin featuring popular alternate John Strewart was also unveiled [to be included with the next Compatibility Pack update].

In a fresh SDCC announcement; Season Pass holders can look forward to new S.T.A.R. Labs Missions for the four download characters: Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod & Scorpion. Each character receives 10 missions, available free to season pass holders, or $1.99. They will be released this coming Tuesday, July 23rd.
