It says right there "New 52". The Injustice pack is something completely different and not pictured.

Those are all different packs/brands. Injustice ones are clearly labeled, as are any other ones.

The only Injustice ones on there are:

-Injustice: Gods Among Us 3.75” action figure: The Flash and a to-be-announced-character two-pack

The "to-be-announced" likely means it's a character yet to be revealed. So they didn't want to spoil it.

Yes, the Flash and Vibe two-pack is shown in the picture, because it's the New 52 two-pack:

"DC Comics – The New 52 Action Figures: Martian Manhunter, The Flash and Vibe two-pack, Wonder Woman and Katana two-pack"

So does that confirm Katana too?

The new 52 packs are based on the comics, Injustice ones are labeled "Injustice". Two different series.

The picture of Flash and Vibe even has the caption under it "DC Comics – The New 52 Action Figures: The Flash and Vibe two-pack" It has nothing to do with Injustice. The Flash two pack in the Injustice series, is completely different, and includes someone not yet announced.

Oh man, that new 52 Manhunter looks sweeeeeeeeeeet!

Hopefully that's what Manhunter looks like in Injustice because that would be awesome! I'm still hopeful that the Injustice two-pack ends up being The Flash and Gorilla Grodd but chances are it's going to be The Flash and Captain Cold.
