To be honest, I can'ti magine him as Deathstroke. To me Nolan has more of the casual, funny voice to me. I dind't like him too much as Penguin in Arkham city.


If anything I can imagine Steve Blum as Deathstroke. He has the cool and evil sounding deep voice. He does a good job playing as the villian Amon in The Legend of Korra. (He's also Flanme/Raidramon in Digimon season 2 and for those who watched it, he's Lucifer in Dante's Inferno the movie-Netflix)

He wasn't bad, but I thought he was a more natural fit as Barry Allen in New Frontier. I keep wishing they'd cast him as Flash in live-action considering how much he looks like Allen too.



Please no Blum. He's gotten way too recognizable and doesn't have enough range. Unless he's cast as a monster with a weird voice, he always sounds the damn same and it ruins immersion by making you think of all the other famous characters he's been instead of whoever he's supposed to be playing.
I'll still never forget the Adult Swim GI Joe miniseries where he played almost every character, including a scene where at one point, THREE people on screen talking to each other were ALL Blum and all sounded exactly the damn same. It was hilarious, sure...but it wasn't a good cartoon.

And then I think of an episode of Transformers Animated where Ratchet, Megatron, and Shockwave, all of whom are voiced by Corey Burton, are repeatedly talking to one another and NONE of them sound the same, and I think "Now THAT is a voice actor."
