Well, you could make a KAK of Bruce's angel (I even beat Blaze w/ this dude!). And yes, Lee would beat up Cage. That's what makes his death all the more worse to take.

1) Liu Kang (Because, come on, he's the CHAMPION of MK!)
2) Johnny Cage (Because he has supernatural powers)
3) Bruce Lee (Because he's Little Dragon! He's like Elvis, just more fierce!)
4) Chuck Norris (He's the weakest of these 4, but still, considering the other 6 billion people on Earth, that ain't bad!!!)
