The reason Sareena keeps lasting for so long is that she's one of those "unknown" characters who always gets overlooked. She's usually left alone because she's not an immediate threat to anyone at the beginning of games.

The main reason she's made it to the Final Round is because she is likely alliance-supported.

Well I am a Sareena fan and I am certainly not aware of alliances backing Sareena.

I have however noticed that this game especially, certain groups of people have been voting against each others characters for revenge. And while they focus on booting one another, people like Sareena who have a smaller fan base, manage to slip through as they, in general piss off no large groups.
