Here's a thread where we discuss each character's cool qualities, and uncool qualities.

I saw this type of thread in a superhero board and thought it would be nice for MK. I know these types of opinions should be posted on the characters' official threads but not every character has one, so I think it's a fair topic, especially since we'll just run through them.

So let's start with Mileena.

The Cool:

Her crude evilness, her teeth, most of her costumes, her story in every game, her fighing styles in Deception, her feature film rendition, and her popularity.

The Uncool:

Her dull special moves. I think the Teleport Kick, Rolling Thunder, and Sai Throw are all decent moves, but a little dull when standing alone. I have no idea what moves they can come up with for her, but she needs new and cooler moves in addition to those.

Li Mei's carnival kick wasn't that great in DA, but the flashiness in Deception made it so much funner. Perhaps Mileena's moves could just use more animation?

The most important thing that's uncool is her excessive skimpiness. Her alt costume is a waste of a costume, imo. I find nothing serious about it except for the hairdo. Her primary is still amazing, but do her boobs have to look like their about to fly out? She doesn't even wear bands on those bear thighs, and that thong is just embarrassing.

It's not entirely bad if a character is revealing, but at least make it look serious like Shao Kahn's primary and not ridiculous or frivolous.

Mileena is definitely one of my favs overall.
