mk3 was a little disappointing,but not as bad as mk4!!

I wasn't disapointed by any of the games... when i first played mk3 i was a little disapointed by the lack of Scorpion but I got over that when i started using Kabal.

I think MK3 is one of the best. But thats me.

sI must say MK4 dissapointed me a little bit, because of all the boring characters. Fujin, Ermac, Tanya, Kai, Shinnok.. + the fact that the 3d engine was quite bad, it looked like it was done in a hurry. BUT it was still cool.

I'd go with MK3. Terribly dissapointing... I mean, no Kitana, no Scorpion, WTF?!?! Many of the fatalities were pretty bad, the animalities were horrible, the animation was a bit cheap at times (you decapitate Sonya and her ponytail stays dangling in midair?) and, well, it just felt too half finished. Too rushed. Too many ideas, too little time. UMK3 and MKT helped fix the bugs, but even those games had a piecemeal, cobbled together to meet the deadline feel. But certainly better than MK3.

MK3 is one of my favorites. Special Forces is the worst. I didn't care if it had Scorps or not. As long as Subby was in it that was good enough for me

MK4 would be a close second IMO

There was no ermac in mortal kombat 4. MK: Mythologies was the worst game I have ever played. They could have done so much more with the graphics. And the controls were so horrible.

Clear to me you have never even played mk4 very much Ermac wasn't even in it. Before you claim a game sucks you should probably play it. gg tho..

can i vote for mk3 on gameboy? holy shit now thats a bad game. its basically unplayable. you turn it on and watch cardboard cut outs of kano punching sub zero then its gameover. god damn its bad.

Ermac wasn't in MK4 dude.

And I think the worst of the series was MK3.

I would have to say Special Forces. I loved MK Mythologies...I thought it was fun...except shinnok was kind of difficult. And MK3 was great...MK4 was a little dissapointing though

personaly, mk3 is the bomb. i remember going to my cousins house when i was little, and we would play it all day. i would have to say that it is the best fatality game that out of all of the mks and the gameplay was jaw-dropping for its time. it may not have the original charictars that you stated but i gotta say its DEFINTLY not the worst mk game.
