You might want to cut the edges a little less abruptly on the fire. Make it smoother. You also might want to do more than just paste fire on Ermac.

It does look like you pasted ermac's face onto fire onto ermac. Use more blending and don't be afraid to cut out the white areas. That way it looks more like this:


If you download irfanview it has a cropping tool that is quite easy to use.
