Pretty good! Not so keen on some of your sprite choices, though.
Especially the Scorpion one in the first panel.

The thing that amazes me about the MK sprites, is just how versatile a complete sheet is. It's phenomenal how many actions you can achieve even reinterpreting actions for subtle movements.
Personally, I think the tendency then to pick the most dramatic poses is a bit disappointing. It's the over-acting equivalent of a sprite comic, and one of the things that always turned me off.

Probably wouldn't hurt to tighten it up a little, too.
I think this works pretty well in the five panel format, but you might just want to neaten up the dialogue, and trim it down to be a little less flat.
Scorpion's closing lines probably could've been something a bit punchier.

Am I the only one who doesn't really get what happens? Sub-Zero asks Scorpion to give him a dog, the dog rushes to Sub-Zero and Sub-Zero freezes everything for no reason, and then Scorpion says he gives up?

I think you got the order mixed up.

Scorpion says he'll get Sub a dog when hell freezes over.

Then, in the same panel, Sub-Zero starts freezing stuff, and the dog runs over to Sub.

I think the author implied that the dog ran to Sub because he was freezing Hell, not the dog running to Sub-Zero followed by him randomly freezing stuff.

Either way, I do think it's beeen done before.

Anyways, yeah I get it now, hum... I dunno...kinda...reactionless. Not very well executed but a fairly decent idea, even though quite predictable.

I dont see whats so funny in the comic,its rather plain and boring,and the font is annoying too.

This idea had been used alot... also, I didn't find it funny.
