When you click on MS Paint, you already starting off as a Bitmap. To save it as a Gif u go to save as, and where it says "Save as Type" then look and click on Gif. But im a bit confuse, you want to make a fake or animation?

Murdoink has all the MK2 bgs except for a particular 1 myself and timsmk have, just look at my sig and u will see which bg im talking about.
