An animations tutorial?

I have two problems: A. I don't know how to make animations. And B., I don't have the programs needed for animations. ( I can only create sprite comics, I have Adobe Photoshop CS2.) Can someone give me info? Thanks. Anybody who does should get D.P.s.

The Pivot Animator a Shot, It lacks the ability to include sound but hey it's a great simple animator.grin

Yes I used all these programs before when I used to make GIF animations. Now I use Flash. My cousin gave me Flash. tongue
