I like this, mostly. The only thing that bothers me is the head. I suppose I just don't think of Smoke without his mask, so I can't say its really 'wrong' or anything. No one knows what he looks like exactly, so its just your preference if you like this look or not. To me, his head reminds me of a sort of mix of Kenshi and Mavado perhaps. I also don't particularily like the effect around the eyes.

Other than that, this is pretty awesome. The costume is excellent, though, the medallion on his belt stands out way to much, and it really doesn't look 'attached'. I think it would have been better without it, or just toned down a bit at least. His waist looks good, I like the cloth design, it seems like it would fit Smoke quite well. His hands are a bit... odd, I would prefer him to be making fists, but thats just me. Also, he needs some more definition, costume still looks too similar to Scorpion. Anyway, its a pretty nice piece I suppose.
