To be honest its not as tight as your other work man. The colour looks flat and their faces are too basic and cartoony for my liking. Especially Sheeva's face.
It would have been better if you released the black and white sketch version (like u usually do) and maybe have other's do the coloring. Kai's cornrows look wierd, but I'm glad to see you changed Reiko's weapon for accuracy reasons (though his old one suits him better IMO)

Rain just looks incredible.

I'm a tough critic. Great body positioning and colouring just seems like it needs a little more oomph. 3 out of 5.
