well you should add more blood, the reptile sprite it looks like is tippy toeing, the tree is way to close, if is Smoke where is his smoke surging from his body? the lifebars i don't like the way your making them, it looks to me that the living forest is practicly the only background you like so in results i don't wanna give it a score cause is very low. Try some editing mix some few things play around w/ things Im not the best in fakes but take my word.

I think it's good,
but the Arpoon wouldn't knock his whole
torso off, it would only go right through him.
it would take a huge object
to push off everything,
and it would have to move fast.
but the only thing something that small could do
is poke a hole through him.
but then again, Mortal Kombat is supposed to be
unrealistic, that's why there is so much blood.
so yeah, I can imagine something like that
happening in Mortal Kombat,
but NOT in real life.
