This is pretty cool. You got that cartoon'ish style going on. I wish I could draw stuff like this.
Anyway, that artwork is nicely drawn. Although, it's coloring is kind of plain. And you didn't add enough textures. But don't worry, I like this a lot.

looks cartoonish if thats where you were headed, good could use some work with the colors they are just a little flat, other than that, pretty good pic.

hmm... well i dotn really like the eyes, they are too long, the costume looks really nice though, you added a lot of detail, the colors are a little flat, if you used some shading it would help, it looks liek you just outlined the picture with darker colors.
