Baraka Fatality Animation

I havn't done a Baraka fatality yet so I thought I'd try it, so heres what it turned out to be. fatality

Good concept but you're missing a ton of gore frames. Also why even include lifebars if you're not gonna put the names in? Technically it's a mess. 1/5

This is an awesome Fatality, I love the style: simple, yet brutal!! Yeah, you are missing The Names in The Life Bars. However, everything else is excellent. Great job on having Liu Kang's blood splatter on the wall on the side of The Dead Pool Stage, and you were very successful on having the part where Liu Kang is beheaded, flow. Overall, I will give this Fatality Animation a score of 4/5. Keep it up, superawesomeness.

What program do you use to make your flash animations?
I love the idea, and some decent blood work though it needs to be better animated.

My biggest problem though is the "rip". One frame Baraka is sticking his blade in Liu's head while it's still attached to him. The next he's already got it on the spike completely ripped off. It needs a couple of frames in between the 2 - the rip just doesn't look effective - and there doesn't seem to be a sound for it.

Lifebars and blood from the fatality text I don't like but apparently nobody seems to really care about this stuff nowadays tongue.
Nice - nearly 3/5

I didnt realise Flash was the actual program. I thought Flash was like .gif or something, a file type that could be made from a tonne of different programs. Obviously I'm not very computer literate.

Pretty nice, my only complaints are that the fatality seems to quick and there's no loop/replay option.

you should re-check your music timing - when shows "fatality" its supposed to do a low pitch bend sound, not the percussive end of the fatality tune( which should occurr earlier).

I like it.4/5. A few things though. The fatality word seemed to be placed too low, and only had a few big drops of blood. Baraka seems to pull out his baled from Liu's cehst too quickly, but there is a good effect with the blood there. The sounds were good. You should have put names though. It also seemed a little sped up if you know what I mean.

I lowered the frame rate to 9, cuz some people were saying my others were going to fast, at 12. Yeah I was gonna put the names in but tottaly forgot to. Thanks for the comments everyone.

Ooh no no.

9 is a SLOW frame rate.
12 imo is also a slow frame rate. When I make mine they're usually at about 20-25fps (the later ones are around 30).
If 12 appears to be running too fast for you, don't drop the frame rate, use MORE frames. This will result in a smoother animation. A smoother animation (i.e. more frames) can run at a faster frame rate and have the same duration.

Try it out you'll see what I mean smile.

Well.... yeah if you put the animation above at a fast frame rate of course it will.

I'm saying perhaps try putting lots more actual FRAMES into it and then up the frame rate.
