I'm pretty sure I nailed down your Shao Kahn just now. It's too perfect not to use. Also i went ahead and made my own custom Shang too. Think tight leather, lots of spikes. and black and dark red. Try as I might I had to throw Nightmare's spine on him too, I can't resist putting that thing on everyone!

They are great, I really like the Mileena, MK3 Jax and Li Mei customizations. The Shang Tsung and Kira ones are also great.

I'll try Kai again with a different armor. I had one that was pretty good, but it covered up the white tattoos on the arms. Maybe I'll try his MK4 look.

If I may make a small suggestion? Your Shang is totally badass, but I'm thinking it might look a little more royal if the chain mail was silver instead of black. Just an idea. Oh and what weapon did you give Shang? I ended up using soul edge just because the sword and Shang are so alike in terms of soul consumption.

I ended up going with Yun Seong because Xianghua was too girly.
I also ended up making the chain purplish to match the rest of his outfit, but that's not reflected in the pic.

Nice job on the non-MK characters, I really like the designs for Xiaoyu, Quistis and Eiko. Sindel is okay- I don't like purple cloth(?) at the front. For Tanya, I am not feeling it.
