The 2nd and 3rd frames need sequencing work. The dialog is all out of order. The 3rd not so bad but the 2nd is way off.

Which is pretty ridiculous when you consider that after the first panel, Johnny and Sonya switch places for NO REASON

I was a bit confused though when the tape started playing. Perhaps you should've given the Tape Text Balloons another color.

The thing is that the first one who talks, his bubble should be upper, the second, next to and underneath. It would have being a lot easier for us to read.
And if Cage came back, and switched places with sonya, you should have inserted a rectangle in the upper corner saying, "Later on or 30 minutes later,.. " or anything else letting us know that a certain amount of time passed.
I know these are little details, but it plays a major part for the joke sequences.
The tape part is so confusing, I'm not sure what happened there. I think if you have putted a little TV with a VCR set showing us the tape and Raiden Actually sending electricity, it would have being a lot clearer. I hope these advice will help you for your next one.
