I really need some MK2 Tremor sprites and I don't have color swap, either can somedone please make the Tremor sprites for me or please direct me to a pallete swap program that I dont need Photoshop for

I don't think you understand how easy of a process pallette swapping is. I could have this done in an hour, but Arctic is doing it.
