I'm posting this as a thread instead of a as a fan submission because it's not complete. I'd like some input on this new character. It's been a while since I made one. The character will be update accordingly with an arena and bio.

Design:
Marcus wears dessert camouflage pants, and black boots. His pants are held by a utility belt with a silver buckle. His boots are fastened with straps. He has a bandolier of M249 bullets going down his chest, which has an “X” shaped scar just under his throat. He wears a black Kevlar vest on top of it, a black t-shirt, and the bandolier on last. He has a red bandanna around his left bicep, and another red one on his right leg. He wears black fingered gloves with metal plating on the top of his fist, and metal studs on his knuckles Marcus wears a red bandana on his head as well, covering his hair. On his back, he carries his M249 machine gun which has a belt strap that stretches from back to front, and under the bandolier. On his top right thigh, he has a holster which carries a standard Beretta M9. On his two lower thighs, he has two more holsters to hold his combat knives. The knives are about 7 inches in length, they look like Krauser’s from RE4. He has a diagonal slash that goes from the bottom right of his face, to the upper left. He wears an ear piece microphone and a type of scanner over his right eye. On the left side of his neck, you can see part of a tattoo, which disappears under his shirt. Also, like Bryan furry, Marcus wears a bullet chain around his waist that sags a bit. On his vest, he has several grenades hanging by the pins.

Fighting Styles:
Command Sambo
The Central Asian region of the Soviet Union is a vast storehouse of martial arts. Sambo is a technique developed by combining over 200 types of regional martial arts in the area. Its advanced moves, which target the joints, are feared by many. The damage toward the joints is definitive, immediately obliterating the opponent’s ability to fight. Of course, this carefully constructed system gets real results in battle.
Command Sambo is a military martial art form based on Sambo, as developed by the Soviet Union to focus completely on the offensive. Command Sambo leaves no room for mercy. It’s a cold, mechanical martial art created for the purpose for surviving modern warfare and the constant struggle between life and death.

Hwarang-do
(Korea) "Flower man way," or "The way of the flowering manhood." A broad based and complex Korean martial discipline that combines body movements with kicks, blocks and strikes, throws, joint manipulations, choking and submission techniques, ki training, weapons and the healing arts. The original art is said to have been created over 1800 years ago by a Buddhist priest, Won Kwang Bopsa. He was asked to instruct members of the royal family of Silla (one of three kingdoms that divided the area that is now Korea) in a variety of subjects, and his students went on to become warriors, statesmen and leaders known collectively as the hwarang. Later, during periods of political turmoil, training continued in secret within Buddhist monasteries and was preserved. In the modern era, two brothers, Joo Bang Lee and Joo Sang Lee, trained under the 57th successor of the system, the Buddhist monk Suahm Dosa, and they were given permission to teach publicly in 1960. Since then the art has spread under the direction of the World Hwarang-do Association.

Twin Combat Knives (CQC):
Marcus uses a set of elongated twin combat knives for CQC. The blades are diamond sharp and can cut through just about anything. The knives have small ringed slots for fingers which allow for easy rotation in combat. The knives start out in outward positions, which allow for inward cuts and slices, then rotate between in and out depending on the maneuver. This fighting style involves, grappling, locks, slashes, sweeps and strikes, most of them done with the blades in hand. When not moving, Marcus has a small animation where he twirls the blades on his fingers. The entire fighting style incorporates elements of Bando, Judo, Jujitsu, and Batojitsu.


Power Strikes:

Kinetic Grenade: Marcus is able to charge small amounts of explosive energy into his palms and toss it at his enemies like a grenade. It’s a strong blast if it connects.

Grenade Roll: Marcus takes one of his grenades and rolls it underneath the opponent. If the grenade explodes it pops the opponent into the air, setting them up for a combo.

Power Shoulder: Marcus transfers kinetic energy from into his feet, and uses it like a launch pad, sending him at the opponent, shoulder first, knocking the opponent across the arena on contact.

Dynamite Kick:
When done at close range, Marcus kicks the opponent in the mid section, and as it connects, an enormous amount of energy is released causing an explosion at the opponent’s mid section.

M1 Strike
A powerful discharge of energy, released from Marcus’ right fist. He charges the energy into his fist, and takes a step with his left foot, then follows up with a full lean and his right fist, launching all of the stored energy like a tank shell at his opponent at high velocity.

Marcus flips on his eye scanner, giving him an X-ray view of his opponent’s skeletal layout. Marcus then charges at the opponent, and begins to unload on them with a series of kinetic hits all over the opponent’s body with explosions occurring on every hit. Marcus then does a back flip and then a shuffle kick underneath the opponent’s chin, snapping his head back and his spine inwards. Blood shoots out of the opponent’s mouth as they fall to the floor in a broken heap. Marcus has completely dismantled his opponent’s skeleton from the outside. The whole fatality is seen in an X-Ray mode.

Dismantle:
Marcus creates two kinetic grenades and shoves them through the opponent’s shins and steps back. The two grenades explode and the rest of the opponent’s body is shot into the air. The camera switches to an isometric view showing both, Marcus and his opponent. Marcus takes out his M249 and braces himself, then unloads into his opponent. He completely blows apart the opponent’s body, sending his chunks to the ground in a rain of blood and gore. As the opponent’s head falls back down to the ground, Marcus takes out one of his knives and launches it into the air, then takes out his M9 and shoots the bottom of the knife, giving it extra speed and direction at the opponent’s head, the knife shoots right through the skull, blowing it to pieces.

Cyanide Pill:
Marcus takes a cyanide pill and puts it in his mouth. He bites down and instantly begins to stagger around, he falls to his knees, grabbing his stomach. He coughs up blood and then collapses on the floor.
