Mm, one crit, though. The DROP sound effect seems a little blatant in the white text. Maybe experiment with different colours and angles and sizes :)

Well we already know how he dies so if they killed him, Kombat would have to bring him back to life. Gets complicated.

I don't think the comics are suppose to match the actual game story.

And anything could've happened. He could've shown Liu Kang hiding or something. It's just dumb that the extermination squads 'spare' Liu Kang because he helped them find Johnny Cage.

I think you're looking too much into what's supposed to be a parody of the MK storyline. Who cares if it's accurate or even makes sense when it's making fun of the story?

So? I still don't see why the extermination squads spared Liu Kang. It's too dumb to even be considered a spoof.

Uhhh, dude, sprite comics like these don't have any story. So I dunno why there's a conversation about Liu Kang getting spared by the Extermination Squads.
Anyway...man, I dunno why I don't see this funny. I just don't. Maybe you should have more character animations, rather than them just standing there. Make the sprites look funny, I guess. This can't even get a smile out of me.

Didn't you read ]ombat's other comics, like the Rise of the Robots and Fludd series? They usually integrate the MK storyline. And it may be reading too much into it, but it DOESN'T make sense for the extermination squads to spare Liu Kang for turning over Cage, since Kang was their primary target.

The sqads sparing him doesn't make much sense.
Actually, Liu Kang can disppear and reppear in his MK3 fatality. Not just turn invisible like Reptile, he can really go away. The comic is now both funny and actually makes sense when you look at it like that.

Heh, I liked it. Oh and btw, to the person who stated that sponge-zero was too young too remember the corn pop commercials, that's just stupid...juuuust stupid...I'm 14 and I remember the one in the grocery store like it was on just yesterday.
