Not a bad start, but I have some suggestions that might make it better.

1) Since it's a Ice looking temple - I'd recommend palette swapping the Grand Master to blue
2) Make Scorpion frozen
3) Add more detail to the water in the background - the solid blue isn't too believable. (maybe take the water from the mk3 bridge level?)
4) A little variation in the Ice spikes, maybe some random sizings - some fatter, some shorter etc.
5) Same with the mountains - maybe some from kahn's layer to mix it up between the three parts.

Thanks for the comment but the only with what you said that i disagree with is that the grandmaster be blue because in the games he is red.
