Ok that is decent picture although the lines are quite uncertain around the leg region.The blades are done very well although the blade she grasps the the left hand is slightly different from the blade in the right hand but It is good nontheless.The attire is done well every crease in her cloths.You did weel 4.5/5

I REALLY like this one alot. I find that it's a good style for Kira, although I only don't like how there's alot of fabric hanging from the sleeves. I much prefer her with tight sleeves. I'd give it a 4.5/5

I like the outfit, but I see a Nitara and Ashrah cross here. I think the outfit should differ a little on the arms and the part that trails behind her to get by that. Otherwise, I like the design.

I like it, but the knives were the only thing stopping me thinking that was sareena, without the two toned hair ofcourse.

owen_pwned: Yeah I know, I couldn't (and believe me I tried) get them to look exactly the same no matte what I did. I think It's cause I was getting frustrated. But I settled on the last revision (primarily cause the paper couldn't withstand another erase attempt ) thanks for your nice comments.

skinsley: Sareena huh? lol, I guess that's not entirely a bad thing. However, I think the colored version will clear that up .

Ty: I agree that there are some elements in there similar to Nitara, but I don't see what part of the outfit is similar to Ashrah. Thanks for the reply and kind words, as always, they're appreciated.

Selene: Thanks, I'm glad you liked it . As for the sleeves. I dunno, I kinda like them better this way. But to each their own. (although I can see why Kira wearing ANYTHING baggy is kind of like: hmmmm. ) Thank you for taking the time to comment.

*edit* Yeah, I have seen some of the others, they're awesome. I haven't been able to come anywhere NEAR that good at coloring. I try my best, but I'd love to be able to color like some others here.

Hmm... I really like this look for Kira. I like what you did with the sleeves, looks awsome IMO. The gold, as someone (Arctic I think) said could be changed to silver, but that is not that big a deal. The only real problem I can see is the lack of shading, especially on the skin. But yeah... that skill should develop with more experience in colouring.

Anywayz, Kira looks sort of piratey, but also sort of regal (must be the gold). I think it is awsome, and it deserves 4.5/5

The design is pretty good, as is the drawing itself.

The outfit looks really good. I like the back-piece/train type thing, it looks good, and more so than that, it looks apporpriate (unlike the overly large oddly shaped one Mileena has in MKD but well I just hate that costume altogether lol). Ive tried to encorporate them into some of my designs too (My Nitara and Sareena designs).

Im not overly fond of the arm-wear though. The 'holes' if you know what I mean, kinda look a bit out of place to me, but thats just my opinion. I dont dislike them as such, but like I said Im not fond of them either.

The colour scheme is also good. It kinda irks me how both Sareena and Kira have a red/black colour scheme. I always though Kira should be predominatly red with some black, and Sareena predominantly black with some red. This outfit more or less fits that, and I actually think the gold is a nice touch. not sure if silver would be as good (I think the gold colour goes well with red hair).

matthewhaddad: Thanks for the compiments! And yeah, I know... Shading has ALWAYS been one of my biggest weaknesses. I dunno, I've tried it and I just can't seem to get a good enough hold on it to make it look good. It always ends up looking like some freakshow. I'd LOVE to be able to shade and color on the level of some of the artists here, it would make my work so much better. I'll keep at it though, one day I'll HAVE to get it... the law of averages says so Thanks again.



MKKitana: Thanks for the advice. I enjoy your critiques of my work, as they're always constructive and honest. An artist couldn't ask for better than that. Thank you. lol, And I also think the back of Mileena's costume is a bit on the ridiculous side. (I always use her alt). And while I'm agreeing with you, I'll also say that I agree that Kira's costumes should contain mostly red with black accents. It just fits better that way.

I don't want to spoil the party, but whilst your drawing is good, i'm not keen on the outfit. Just seems a bit fussy and unusual to me.
