I can't believe no one has replied to this topic. This is great stuff bro. I really like it.

I love the concept and the fire as it bursts through Jax's chest. The idea of blurring Kung Lao's hat as though it was super fast was nice, but doesn't look all that great and neither does the blood.

This was alright. Blood/dis-embodiment methods are REALLY GOOD. Hat, eh. Kung Lao sprite, eh.

It all looks good except for the way you rubbed out Jax' body. It just doesn't seem right.

Kung Lao looks a bit awkward imo. I like the fire effect, The blood looks like it was in a water ballon that just burst. With a Baraka sprite, and some costume tweaking, this could be a nice Shaolin Monks fake.

Much better than your other one, but there's still a lot to work on.
The blood looks cheap and crappy, it's way too pink and single colored.
The flames aren't consistent enough and don't really resemble flame-like shapes.
Something wrong with Kung Lao's sprite.

Other than that, nice job.

Kung lao looks like a midget/ like he was cut in half and glued back toghether hahaha
and u should make the colors of the fire more saturated... it looks like Liu Kang is shooting puke... lol altho the fire itself looks pretty good... the only problem is the color...
Also, I love the hat effect... it looks really nifty
and the jax sprite is good too

Pretty cool.
