Great, great job. The fire doesn't really look like it's coming out of Scorpion's skull, but other than that it's VERY beautiful. Awesome.

Yeah, the fire coming out of Scorpion's skull dosn't look the best, and the blurriness makes it look a little crude.

I think the blurriness that you refer to is actually the heat shimmer effect that I tried to implement.

While not bad...you've done much better.

I like the idea but the execution is a bit poor in my opinion.

Scorpion's skull needs a little work. Namely the flame; it just doesn't seem right. If you had also lowered the stage a bit, so Johnny Cage and Scorpion are centered, that'd also help. Those are just the only two things that seem really obvious to me.

I actually made this fake about 2 years ago, but never submitted it. I recently found it again, touched it up and added more environmental ambience to make it more appealing. I remember being undecisive about the bridge placement, so I shrunk the sprites a little to give it a better scope.
