well, the green bar un sub-zero's should be on the outer end an the win counters on the inner end. you lightend jax a little but not much has been done

-Subby's lifebar is backwards, flip it horizontally, then move the win markers closer to the middle, and put the names in the lifebars(thats how it was in MK3)
-you should edit/change Jax's sprite so his arms aren't poking out of the snowman.

Im using GIMP. I see now how messed up alot of the stuff is, but it wasn't a serious attempt. Just fooling around to see what i could come up with.

Try redo-ing it with the tips given by the users here, see how it turns out
