Freds MK Fakes *UPDATED*

Maybe some of you have heard about it, maybe not... but MK Fred is the reason why I even got into fakes. As far as I'm concerned, he and the anonymous "others" on his website are the founding fathers of MK Fakes.

I've been desperately in search of the "original" fakes from the late 90s and I've finally been able to collect the vast majority of them. It brings me back to the good ol' days so I thought I'd share this with you.

Unlike his original website, I've included thumbnails of the original files so you don't have to guess on what you're about to click.

Two of Fred's fakes are missing, and a handful from the "others"
(I know the list is huge, but considering I have over 200 fakes found, this list isn't so bad). If you have them it'd be great if you could hook me up.

I love this "Founding father" compilation. It's interesting to see some of the industry roots. Some of the pieces were ahead of its time like "The Bridge" stage fatality.

^ Haha isn't it cool? I love how back in the day, fakes were made to try and fool you into thinking the artist had discovered some cool secret in the game

My awesome webhost probably can't handle too much traffic. I don't know. Maybe I will switch hosts if this keeps happening.

EDIT: VenoMark just hooked me up with twelve of the missing fakes from Fred's site. You might have to refresh your browser so the website loads the new ones.

Nice find VenoMark.

That double team fake of BlackSabot & VenoMark vs Minus_Zero & Hydro brought memories of the old school MKRoK. But life goes on.
