To answer this question, seeing that you made two threads about this, find the other thread and ask for a mod to close it.
And secondly, I wasn't really sure if you were referring to a "free animation program." You need to be specific in your threads.
If you were really referring to an animation program, good luck in finding a free one. Though, many people download the systems, yet if you choose to download the programs, CONGRATULATIONS you just recieved a virus on your computer.
There is no possible way to recieve an animation program for free. People in this world can be very cruel to us, yet we fall victim to it every time.
