does anyone know how to make Frost sprites, cuz i need a couple of those.

You will have to cut Goku Super Sayian hair and paste it on Kitana, Then change the hue of the hair to blue and walla you have Frost grin

You need to open Photoshop. Push ctrl+u and you will be able to change the hue smile

thanks, but theres one prob, i dotn have photoshop, but i remember there was a thread made where everyone made sprites from mk4 mkda and mkd, i cant find it though.
