Aside from the guy at newgrounds.com who made the MK vs SF... i think ur like the best MK sprite animator that ive seen
(and ive browsed many pages on this forum, so dont judge me by the number of visits this site forgets to tack onto my counter)

I dont like it. All u did was aminated scorpion doin a flip n added a filter from particle illusion, took prolly 5 mins 2 make huh, n if it took longer then.... woah. Also when he starts the flip, he skis along way 2 much. Its a good concept adding moves from the newer games 2 the older, but maybe add a little more.

No way mate, UR doesn't even add sounds to his animations... Don't get me wrong though... UR is still a pretty good animator... It's just the little things he could add.

what do u mean ALL HE DID WAS ANIMATE SCORPION DOING A FLIP. Do you expect him to dress up as scorpion and import sprites of himself doing the damn flip? the whole point of fakes is taking whats already there and using it to make something new/creative.

I completely agree with Jordan. You just used a Scorpion falling sprite or something, made it hit Nightwolf, and voila. Oh, you also added some brush to it which could've looked better. Maybe showing Scorpion's feet on fire leaving a trail of fire on the ground instead of a blur of yellow "fire."

Hmm...I think he should have walked closer a bit than did the flip kick or whatever. It looks kind of funny him sliding from that far.

Doesnt really look like fire, sort of smokey.

Id love to see this fixed up a little, the concept is great and im sure you can make it alot better. It would be awesome to see this as maybe a fatality, or something other than just the whole animation based off just showing the kick. Fix the fire, which I know you can and it would be great. Lastly Id say fix the distance thing alittle.

well about all your opinions yes, you should respect them so u can fix the mistakes u made.
BUT its jus alittle messed up when people are lookin at nothing but whats wrong with it and not looking at the creative side of it. im mean really, anyone can jus look at whats wrong with it.

Not really, most of the time it's ''5/5 totally awesome''. And I don't believe anyone's looking at just what's wrong, I don't think anyone's being biased (except UR of course who is biased in his own favor). Just because you don't have an eye as observing as us yet, doesn't mean what we're saying is wrong at all.

Thanks, I made all Scorpion's sprites you see in that fake, UltimateRyu did the fire effect and put the background... it is a new special move Scorpion will have in MKP 5.0

Why does everybody care about if it took 5 mins or an hour? It doesn't matter how hard it took to make the animation. It matters if it looks cool. So, I give this fake a 4/5 because it looks cool.

That's because he's sliding in partially crouched position and not running man... this move is 100% accurate version of his 3D original version. I copied it frame by frame.
