If UR is able to make fakes by using CTRL+C, CTRL+V, then I'm allowed to critique his work the same way...

Blood is the same as always (high punch spray from MK3) which is even more copy and paste... I'm surprised that no one has pointed this out before.



And really, that red stuff looks poorly done, like you couldn't decide if you wanted it red or gray at first or you used a poor choice on the layer blending options, because it is really desaturated and flat looking. It has no body or volume.

Anyway, congratulations on "editing" this by rotating Nightwolfs bow and adding a drop shadow behind Tsung's hands.

BTW, since when did Tsung have dominion over Hell? He can control souls, but not the ones he doesn't physically remove through magic... So the green power and red effect don't go well, unless of course you release this on Christmas.

Yeah, not really liking the thought behind it, or the execution.
Very difficult to tell what the big, dimensionless red thing is; difficult to reason why it is; and as noted, not a terribly involving or creative use of the cut and paste standard. I'm not sure I have any useful suggestions.

I could give a shit less. Backgrounds have always been a weak area for me and I'd happily concede that one area to win overall and sprites.

What I am mad about is that you really show a lack of talent and fail to take criticism, constructive or otherwise, to heart and have actually gone backwards in ability since you first started, yet continue to mass produce unskillful, copy & paste fakes, then consider yourself some kind of blessing on the MK community.

Your attitude is worse than your art, and you fail to see it. Not my problem, I'm just glad I'm not in your shoes, nor do I have your fallacies in life.

Shouldn't the floor boards be broken upwards? It looks odd to me that something is shooting up from the floor, yet the broken boards are facing down.

As usual, a lame excuse to cover your ass for your failure at editing. Instead, you could be a man and say, "I just couldn't get it to come out to look like fire". No, you have to say it's magical... but crap is never magical, no matter who's rectum it comes out of.

It looks like smoke, not fire. You need more hues of orange and yellow next time you key up your particle program, and less of the gray, except maybe at the top where the smoke would be emanating from. The colors should also be brighter and more vibrant, like they are giving off light, not absorbing it.

Constructive criticism that will undoubtedly go ignored, because you're flawless.

To be honest my former putting pixel-by-pixel fakes were more pleasing than this. But aside from that, what baffles me is that he still clings to the notion that his reposts have relevance.

That is not a spiral of fire; if anything, it looks like somebody took three meaty human bodies, put them into a blender, and made a pasty column out of them, leaving the skulls intact for decoration.
It just looks too pulpy and bloody to actually be fire. If you had called this an enchanted blood spire crashing through the ceiling, I'd believe it, but not a fire pillar coming from the ground.
