Help Submitting Fan Submissions.

How come I cant upload any submissions.

It is a .png file, but everytime I upload it I get something that says "Not a valid Fan Submission File" "Fan Submission's should be .jpeg, .png, etc."

Any help for me? confusedconfusedconfused

Welcome to MKO and all that.I used to try and upload png's and it gave me the same problem. Just save it as a jpeg instead.EDIT: Oh, and this is in the wrong forum. -_-

If you're still experiencing troubles, if you have file extensions hidden on your computer, it wont accept your file. You must enable file extensions, so the file itself says "Yourfile.png", rather than just, "Yourfile".

I'm not sure why it does that. It's just dumb, I suppose.
