That means the pic is not a Jpg file. You need to convert it!

Hey, I finally figured out how to change it to a .JPG file but it still won't work.

go to save as go down to where it says kind of files click .jpg save then when u upload it make sure u click the .jpg version of it not the other kind.

That is what I did!

The only file with JPG was this:
JPEG (*.JPG, *Jpeg, *.JPE, *JFIF)

Did u check its filesize?
I believe the limit is 350kb.

I did, It is smaller then the limit.

Then the best advice I can give you is:
1 - Consult EVERY LAST BIT of the fan art section faq.
2 - Contact AcjBizar, he's the fan art director. He may know what's going on.

You kept sending files that did seem to have the .jpg file extention, but that were in fact bitmap files.
We only accept valid JPG files that are in RGB color mode (browsers cannot handle CYMK colormode).


In MS Paint, go to File > Save As... > Save as type: JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)

That should do the trick.
