Well then maybe you should have read the Community FAQ first,because here is one of the rules:

Free tripod website are the worst and the bandwith is really low.
To make a decent site you need at least some skills in design. Your website must be well organized aswel.
Buy clicking your icon and checking your site I can already tell that you don't have much experience.
Work on it! let everyone know when it is done. Not when your site is blank.

On the other hand, your Sprites page has got to be the most impressive collection of sprites I've ever seen, nice work. You should find a better host and put them all in a .zip file.
