OK I HAVE A QUESTION. HOW DO I MAKE A MINI GAME LIKE PEOPLE ON NEWGROUNDS DO. AND ALSO CAN YOU GIVE ME FAN MADE CHARACTER SPRITES SO I CAN PUT THEM IN?

DON'T TYPE IN ALL CAPS!

Get Flash, get a tutorial and start doing your movie.
There are tutorials in Newgrounds, and there are some links to tutorials in one of the forums.
And also try a Google Search. :)
