Photoshop helps you make different stuff to put into things,like fonts for example. But then again I don't know how to do much stuff. (you know SubMan)

Yes/ Adobe Photoshop. It is a picture-editing program. I think that they have a demo download of Photoshop CS. You could probably get it at the adobe site. I have the full version, which I would advise you to get if you really wanted to do a lot of cool stuff like sigs. But the demo could get you pretty far as well as long as it isn't one of those "30 days" deals.
