How do you make a image signature?

How do you do it so good, I tried with Adobe Photoshop Cs2 but no luck. Can someone tell me some tutorials like how to make an image signature with a mortal kombat character please?sad

OK here goes.

Click on settings on the upper left.

On the little box that says "signature settings"

Type in (img src="your picture here")

Replace the " ( " with an " < "
