You could download GIF Animator or Macromedia Flash, illegal. And ask some people from MKO how to work with those programs.

No offense here, but... Your question was poorly phrased. Perhaps you will get more info if you are more specific. I am not exactly sure what you are wanting.

I can't tell you much, except that you don't always need Flash, as movie edit software usually has picture import features. I use a good one from adobe, but if you can't pay for it, then you'll have to find something cheaper or free.(or be a pirate!)

A free movie edit comes with Windows XP, but it has the disadvantages of only having one sound bar. Never the less, simple animations can be produced by using the import picture feature and importing memory consuming bitmaps done in paint! Try messing around with this free program if you have it.

Can you do sound with GIF Animator?

Nope, but it's pretty awesome if you haven't worked with other (animation) programs yet. It's really easy to use, you just have to make frame by frame in Paint or Photoshop and open them single in GIF Animator.

I started with GIF Animator too a long time ago, it's a good program for beginners.

If you want sound, then get Macromedia Flash MX 2004.
Flash works the same as GIF Animator, frame by frame. Adding sound is really easy there too.

What advantages would using GIF Ani have if you've already got a good movie editor with import features?
