Wow, your Kai is really well made, looks pretty much like the real deal. :) Plus the fact that we get to see Kai die, also gives you extra points.

The effects on sub are super nice as well, really good job on those.

My only problem? Well...it does, kinda look like Sub is taking a "ice dump" rather then an ice charge.

I know that's not your fault, cuz that's the sprite's pose, but it just looks a bit funny.

Well I don't think you did enough with Sub Zero. You could have done some editing on him. The power is almost great, but it falls short. I think it should have been placed in a better background.
As for Kai he looks really good except for the white paint.

Good job man. That Kai really looks like Kai down to a T. The ice charge looks really good but I dont like the pose he is in. Like someone else said he kinda looks like hes taking a dump. But the effects are awesome. Even the reflection on the ground looks really good. 4/5.

Kai looks pretty cool. The white on kai might be a little bit too white. But the kai model is great. Sub-zero pose is a little weird. The energy power sub-zero is creating is pretty cool. I really like it. I think you should have done something else with the background. Something more original. 3.5/5

I agree the white on Kai is too strong.

The pose on the other hand I like the way it is.

He does that pose in the movie when he fights Liu Kang, and The pose with the hands close to each other like he is holding something has been done before.

I actually made a version with the pose holding the ball of energy like a ball, but I like this one better.

I can do better than this, I just didn't feel like going over the top this time.

I like the Kai sprite and the fog breath you gave him is a nice touch. I also like the fog and snow flakes forming around subzero. The only way I could see this picture improving is if Kai was dead instead of being about to die. Good work.

Good effort. I would probably make Sub-Zero match more with the background so it can look like his interacting with it. Also Kia's white paint could use some detail work.

O ho ho, sorry Bleed but that was pretty funny.

Anyway, I'm guessing there is some kind of mirroring going on to get the two halves of sub-zero together. Problem I see is the place they join is too wide making sub-zero look really thick. I would cut some out of the top half of his body.

Other than that very solid.
