Im happy to present my very first Flash Animation

First, thank you WeaponTheory for providing me with some pointers. I've learned a lot through the process of making it and can't wait to apply those lessons learned to my next animation. Using Flash is more convenient, but I wouldn't say it's easier than doing it frame by frame like I used to do.
If the above embedding of the file does not work, please go to the DeviantArt link. http://blacksaibot.deviantart.com/art/MK3-Shang-Tsung-Fatality-334461692
This is an update to my previous animation that I made many, many, many years ago, which happened to be my first animation I ever created.
It can be viewed here:

Not bad! I really like the holes in the body, but I kind of wanted more...like perhaps have him morph to Rain and do the lightning move to keep him hop up and down to the spikes, but overall pretty good.
Great stuff. I'm surprised there aren't more Shang Tsung morph fatalities out there like this.
I agree with InfestedArtanis that it would have been great seeing him morph into a few different ninjas and use their attacks, but what you have here is still awesome as is.
Only nit-pick I have is the Ermac arm-raise animation is a little choppy after the first time he drops Stryker onto the spikes - there's one frame missing when he raises his arm again.
Hope you turn more of your fakes into animations like this.

I'm working on my second one now, and you guys are remind my mind!
Shang will have A LOT of morphs in his battle.

It's very good but it could be just a little bit better.
First off, the speed of Stryker getting slammed really bugs me because the animation itself is mainly quick (which is a good thing) but when it gets to Stryker being slammed, the pace slows down and just kicks me out of the flow.
If you ever were to go back to add some touch ups, you should use UMK3's Ermac's telekinesis slam fatality for reference of the speed of the slam.

(no I'm not going to link it, I'm lazy)
Second, would be Ermac's arm. Like someone else said, it's choppy at one point, as in, it needs more sprites when he lifts the arm again at that point. It looks like a sprite frame(s) were skipped.
And the transition of Stryker getting slammed to resting on the spikes before being lifted to be flipped was too sudden for my taste. Like more sprites/frames could have been added to ease that transition well or something, I'm not sure, it's just something about that part is weird to me.
Overall, me personally, this is what I would've done with this animation...I would had made (or tried to make) Ermac's arm raise and lower in sync with Stryker getting slammed. Makes it look more controlling.
Now the positive stuff.
The fact that Stryker flipped over to fall again vertically was slightly cringe worthy because the spikes look like it went through his ass or dick/nuts, either or, I almost personally kinda felt that. And the holes in the body? Fuck yes creative. And I'm glad that I was able to help someone. :D

Wow that's really cool!!! I like how u took ur old idea and freshened it up. I like how u combined ermac and shang in this one rather than having two characters.
I love the clouds and moon u changed up to the arena but ur missing some shadow priests.
Can u make a sonya animation when u have time???

It's a good first effort but it can definitely use some work in terms of execution and actual frame to frame animation. Let me know and I can take you under my wing so that you can become more proficient in the craft.

Chillin' like a villain with no penicillin
Anyways, not bad at all for your first ever flash. It must've been pain in the ass getting it right while learning (that's what she said). But very nice job seems everything looks smooth and you kept it true to the original. Nice touch on the moon and the Striker but i'm just repeating what is already pointed out. Good job, bro.
