Is there any interest in an Official MKO Art contest?
I'm curious, since we really haven't held one since the signed games giveaway. Obviously, I'm only the Forum Director so I don't have anything fancy to giveaway more than Dragon Points... but that's something at least.
I'd like to hear some ideas, though. What sort of contest would you like to have? Drawing, Fakes, Animations? I'm open to any suggestions, so long as I know they will bring in actual submissions. What about themes? What sort of things would you all like to draw/animate? Let me know, because I think an official type contest here is long overdue...

Maybe you can have one large contest that is split into different art categories - fakes, anis, drawings, and fan fiction(text). That way just about everyone can enter. Art and prizes would be judged and awarded separately for each tier. It would kinda be like an MKO fan art olympics, which could be held once a year or something. Just an idea!

I'm up for the drawings and maybe fakes categories, if I can get some time in to participate. I've had to give up on the SotW competition for a while because of a heap of college assessments which appeared out of nowhere, so... yeah. I like that Olympic thing idea, too.

Ultimate's Olympics idea sounds great. We need set dates or whatever for them, instead of just random contests every whenever.

There can be a 5th category to add for render/3D art creation if something like this comes to fruition.
I like the multi-contest ideas. However, I still need some theme input...
Should all the contests have the same basic theme, or should they all vary? Also, I'm hesitant to do created characters again (this was the theme in the first 'official MKO art contest' and zero fakes were turned in; yes, none at all).
