Im Not a MASTER SIG maker idiot.
There is no need for harsh words.
The actual "size" of the second signature image is fine, however you must convert the file from .BMP format to .JPG format. This can easily be done with programs such as IfranView or even MS Paint, though the quality will be poorer in that program.

do you mean if it'll show on your computer?it's on your computer, why would it not show? just do this. if you got microsoft photo editor, open up the pic there. go to file, save as, and change it to jpg. then put it as your sig and you're done.
