I thought I'd take a crack at a sprite edit. The person is Lida, he's the lead guitarist for J-Rock band Psycho le Cemu. Damn good music imo. And they love cosplay, to a degree that they invent new outfits every few months just for fun! Very unique band and their image always seemed to fit into MK in my eyes. SO I took a MK2 scorp and played around, whaddya think?
And for reference of this particular outfit.

Exactly what I thought when I made this! I'll make more of the other band members if enough people think I should.

Good idea! The lead singer of Dir en Grey would look sweet as a fighter in his goth look. Soon as I get a day off from work, I'll get on them asap!
dude ! anymore J-Rock groups like them ? i know there are Dir-En-Grey and Malice Mizer. Luna Sea used to do the whole goth look thing but they dropped it for a more cleaner image and they have splitted. L'Arc-En-Ciel used to do it i think and Glay too. I'm really intrested in J-Rock bands like these.

Well for other J-rock groups I don't know too many except for all the ones already discussed here, Psycho le cemu, Malice Mizer, Dir en Grey and Luna Sea (I agree it's sad, they were so kickass awhile back) The only other one I would deffinitely recommend is Hide. He's kind of like the Kurt Cobain of Japan, at the time very big and had inovative music, and he killed himself. He used to sing for X-Japan then went solo and worked with many other artist's as well. Look up Hide and Spread Beaver: Pink Spider. It's the song that got me into J-rock! Whoa, getting off topic now, don't want to get in trouble! (but yeah, look into that it's the best)

Hide, eh? Never heard of him, but I'm checking into it as we speak! I just got into J-rock about a year or so ago... I mean, c'mon, anime, video games, and gothic metal! Does it get better than that? Nobody near me knows anything about the bands, but a friend of mine found a Malice Mizer video and turned me onto them. He also had a mad crush on their guitarist, Mana. Thought he was a chick. Of course, I'd find it funnier if I hadn't thought he was a chick, too, but what are you gonna do? He makes a better looking girl than most real girls I know *grumble grumble shudder* I learned a very valuable lesson from that. NEVER think of any Japanese goth chicks as attractive until you are absolutely certain there's no Crying Game shenanigans going on. NEVER.
