Area between the head and right arm looks odd.

If you were going for a cubist/Picasso style, you totally nailed it. If not....you need to seriously work on anatomy.

The shading and details are amazing, but the proportions are a tiny bit off. It might have something to do with that pose, but regardless, a pretty good drawing.

Reminds me of the Green Goblin, the way he's positioned.

It's a very interesting drawing, very different, and that's not necessarily bad. I like it.
