2.5/5, a decent attempt, you put effort into it so i have to give you that.

thing's I didn't like:

the sprites you used were rough around the edges

no background, I had to mention

the begining where the two are just sitting there and when Kano is up in the air, those parts last too long.

what you made is a fatality animation, not a cartoon.

cartoons are colorful, makes people laugh, and down right GOOD.

what you made isn't colorful, im sure didn't make people laugh (if they did it's probably on how crappy this looks) and it's not down right good. therefore you did not make a cartoon. besides, where's the colorful background? cartoons need backgrounds, and don't be pulling up that some cartoons have a scene where a character is behind a white background. they're only there for like five to ten seconds.
