Note: This takes place after the Armageddon intro, the end of the big fight.
The dust clears over the battlefield, the pyramid covered in blood, the battlefield covered in limbs and blood. And as the last of the mist clears, there stands just two fighters. On the top of the pyramid stands Kano, in his left hand he holds a human heart, in his left, the body of Johnny Cage. His uniform is ripped and has blood splashed on it, like most of the battlefield. Standing on the ground in a pool of oil is Sub Zero, with the metal body of Sektor at his feet. The ice warrior beckons to Kano, who smiles back at him. In a split second, the two run at each other and meet half way up the pyramid. As they meet, Kano raises a fist covered in a red glow and smashes Sub Zero in the face, sending him rolling back straight into the dead body of Kabal. As Kano approaches Sub Zero, the ninja of sorts grabs one of the dead Kabal's hook swords and smashes it straight into Kano's face, slashing across his cheek.
As he gets up, Sub Zero kicks Kano backwards then races up the pyramid. With a few steps left, Sub Zero has the floor blasted from under him by Kano's eye laser. He tumbles down the stairs to Kano's feet. The Black Dragon warrior bends down and goes to plummet his hand into Sub Zero's chest. At the last second, Zero rolls back and then slides into Kano with ice under his feet. As they go to collide, Kano tucks into a ball and dives at Sub Zero, sending him tumbling to the side. As the ice warrior stumbles up the stairs, Kano follows with his knifes in hand. With Sub Zero nearing the top again, Kano sprints forward and slices into Sub Zero's back. However, it isn't enough to put Zero down, as he turns and freezes the floor under Kano.
The warrior slides around for a few seconds, then tumbles onto his face. Seeing his chance, Sub Zero stomps the back of his head, causing a few of his teeth to land on the cold floor. A light drizzle of rain lands on the fallen fighters back, causing the blood from both his wounds to sweep down the pyramid like a flood. Seeing his chance Sub Zero gets ready to stomp again. But before he can, Kano rises up, his hands coated in red light. In a fit of rage, Kano punches Sub Zero at least ten times in the face, sending him sprawling onto the stairs. Kano lifts him up with his right hand, punches the ice king in the face with his left hand three times, and then tears out his heart. Sub Zero's face falls lifeless, and his arms go limp as Kano laughs.
The Black Dragon tosses Sub Zero back as hard as he can, then shoots him through the face with his laser. Brain matter flies down onto the waste land, and the ground under Sub Zero starts turning to ice. Slowly, the ice spreads up the stone structure, and across the battle field. Noticing this, Kano turns and races up the pyramid. At the top is Blaze, lying wounded. Kano quickly draws his knife and stabs him, ending the battle. However, the ice keeps coming. Kano looks up at the clouds, which part in the middle. A sword drops from the sky and lands on the structure. With the ice only a set of stairs away, Kano grabs the sword. All the bodies on the ground are covered in ice, and Kano isn't far away. Kano points the sword at the ice, and shouts "stop". But the ice keeps coming, as the gods may have intended. Kano raises the sword up, hoping for something to happen. And against what Kano was hoping for, nothing happens. Accepting his fate, Kano grabs The heart of Sub Zero and holds it up, while hoisting his sword high. The cold ice covers him, ending the battle, war, and lives of all the fighters.
Endnotes: I never played MK: A, but know that this didn't happen. However, Boon said everybody dies, and I wanted Kano to win the fight with Sub Zero. This was the best thing I could think of, and the frozen wasteland ending isn't the most overused thing.

That should have been the ending for the entire game! Nice work

Pitiful. A poor excuse for fan fiction. Look up some of the great writers of this forum, like MaxTono, instead of writing this filth. 0/5

Just joking! It is great. 4/5
