the idea of using mk sprites to make tekken sprites is a good idea, but these sprites... i dont really see that much of a resemblance between them and kazuya mishima.
the things i see that could be done to fix them are:
1: the face, a little treaking could make it better, as kazuya has those huge triangle-like edged eyebrows of his, and aswell he has two scars on his face (in different positions depending on which side).
2: his gloves, while you did do good on the silver ballsin them, they're missing the black strap in the wrists, and from what i've seen the gloves you've done are fingered, kazuya's gloves are fingerless, (damn that sounded weird... a paragraph that contained the words "balls" and "fingered" and was'nt used in a perverted way until now).
3: kazuya has slightly darker skin then johnny, darkening his skin a bit would help it out somewhat.
4: he does'nt have enough scars, you have to remember that kazuya is extremely scared, he has a majority on his arms and back.
5: his scar on his chest is too "pink", a darker shade would be better.
6: his belt looks too, dark gray, while kazuya's belt is navy blue with light gray side edging.
7: kazuya does'nt wear sneakers in that outfit, he has red supporters, with his toes showned and his aknles/heels being hidden by the legs of his pants.
8: kazuya's pants are'nt a single colour, they have purple with golden edge, tribal-like flames on them, differing on either side.
9: kazuya's hair is a bit more spiked then the sprite, and a bit higher.
besides that it's a cool idea, but it could use alot more work, an idea would be to use a kazuya render with the program to use for study on the sprite, if you cant find one
heres a kazuya render from tekken 5 on gamespot, should help in studying his body.
i would say it's three out of ten, theres a lot of flaws and could use alot more improvement, but it's a good idea.
not trying to sound like a asshole, just trying to give out what i think could be done to fix it (if it were to be fixed), so if i came off as an asshole i sincerly apologize.
