Wow!The beginning scared me because my speakers were on really high.
Anyways I'll give you a 4/5 because I didn't like how Jax randomly exploded.

Ok, so it's basically a perfect animation with the exception of the random explosion? I don't think you saw the same animation I did. The animation I saw was one of the most horrible (if not the very worst) animation I've seen in like, a year. The guy who made it seems nice enough though, so I'll make this constructive.
First of all, it's all very nice that you want to put music on it, but that doesn't mean you need to not use any sound effects at all. We can all open up iTunes or Media Player and play a song as we watch your animation. You need to take time and effort to put sound effects in your animation to make every move more brutal, help us feel what's going on in it. It doesn't even look like Kintaro's actually powerslamming Jax on the floor. It would seem more like it if a slamming sound was playing.
If you want to just use a music with no sound effects, you should at least use a music with proper timing. This song (dispite it's heavy beat and matching lyrics) doesn't really ''fit'' in terms of timing. It doesn't even end with the animation, it just goes on with the credits. It really feels like you just threw a random metal song into your animation.
In terms of actual animation, it's just downright bad. It's always really scratchy like you're just using several sprites that don't really connect like a proper animation- it's like dozens of frames are missing (with the exception of the winning stance, but don't take that as a compliment, it's only the least you could do).
Then the blood that goes off Jax just quickly disappears. Damn it must be pretty hot in Outworld for the blood to evaporate in mid air (you did a good job with the blood in the explosion though).
In the end, Jax explodes into the standard bloody skeleton, who's actually noticeably bigger than Jax, and in a completely different position.
You didn't even go to the trouble of making it look like Kintaro is actually holding Jax in the powerslams. One of his pairs of arms isn't even touching Jax when it should be grabbing his ass, And the other pair is actually under Jax. You just pasted Jax over Kintaro. Next time, edit Kintaro's hand off and then place it back once Jax is there, so it actually looks like Kintaro is holding him.
While all your previous mistakes I can understand, I have no clue how that horrible ''KINTARO WINS'' sign came to be. If you need me to tell you what's wrong with it, you don't have a future in making animations (or living).
For nitpicking, there's no shadows or lifebars, etc.
4/5 indeed. I hope you're thanking me for taking my sweet time to write all this to explain to you why your fake is actually 1/5. I bet my post took longer to write than your animation took to make.
Hope to see more from you, but with improvement. There's no excuse next time.

Kintaro has 3 looped animations for the first 12 seconds of the animation...it's like a really REALLY bad episode of Dragon Ball Z.
And the random Jax explosions wasn't that funny...
